New Poetry!

I wrote new poetry and it may be one of my best...not saying much...but still

Love (inspired by a quote from Alphonse Marie de la Martine)

“The enchanted dawn of my heart”
Is lying dormant tonight
I'm lying in the dark
Waiting for love to walk into my life

I know not the giver
I only know that it is existent
I lie here waiting
Waiting for love in return.
